After the double staircase you arrive at the landing that is wonderfully light thanks to the tactically placed skylight.
If you walk all the way out of this corridor you will come to a separate office and the toilet. The living and dining room can be entered from both ends of the hall, with the kitchen in the middle. These spaces can be closed off from the hall with sliding doors on either side of the kitchen, these are original doors with stained glass. In the hall is also a hidden cupboard where the connection for the washing machine is located.

The living room is also kept very light, in this case thanks to the large windows at the front. In addition to relaxing, there is also room here for setting up an open office thanks to the broken wall.

As indicated, the kitchen is located in the middle of the house. It is also prominent thanks to the dark designer tiles covering the adjacent walls. With a sleek worktop on both sides, modern built-in appliances and even an oven incorporated directly into the wall, you can really cook in luxury here. Natural light has also been considered here by placing characteristic windows at the top of the kitchen.

Between the kitchen and the dining room you will find a stylish sliding door with which you can separate the rooms from each other. Furthermore, you not only have plenty of space for the dining table and chairs, you can also go to your own balcony. The balcony can be accessed from both the dining room and the office.

First floor

The next staircase takes you to a new landing, including a skylight, with a door to both the luxurious bathroom and the bedroom. In addition to being luxurious, the bathroom is also very stylishly furnished. With a beautiful contrast of black tiles and white stucco, you won’t want to leave this place any time soon.
